Some things you may like to know…

Keys:

Please rest assured that all keys held by us will be kept in a securely locked key cabinet. Keys will not have the name and address details of clients on them. Keys will be coded and the codes and keys kept separately.

We are fully insured for costs arising in the event of lost keys. We also offer a security service to turn on / off lights, open or close curtains and move post during your holidays. In the event of you losing your keys or being locked out of your homes we will gladly leap to the rescue to let you into your property.

Transportation:

Country Canines transports all animals in it’s care in a purpose bought van, a Vauxhall Combo. Dogs / cats are travelled in a transport boxes and insured while in transit.

First Aid:

Country Canines is fully trained in pet first aid, gaining a certificate in October 2018.
